Design

Our well equipped premises, with in-house drawing office, have computer aided design and draughting facilities, enabling us to provide a highly professional and competitive service. The Stru-Cad structural steel detailing system offers clients the opportunity to visualise proposed projects in the planning stages and modify features or sizes as desired.

Site Preparation

The site will require ground investigation and soil stability tests prior to structural calculations being produced. Excavation, site preparation and the creation of a sound sub-base are undertaken for the new structure. Our team includes experienced ground-workers who are able to progress this task efficiently. Our regular use of sub-contract plant hire allows us to access a large fleet of well-maintained plant, equipment, and vehicles. This ensures that reliable and appropriate equipment is readily available to tackle most projects.

Erection of Steel Frame Structure

Our steel erectors adhere to strict Health and Safety regulations whilst undertaking this element and adopt a systematic sequence method. Steelwork is fabricated in our own workshops, using high quality materials and great attention to detail.

Cladding Installation

Cladding materials are selected according to the client's requirements and preferences - with options on material type, insulation and colour schemes. Our Project manager ensures that appropriate scaffolding and safety netting are set up, prior to fixing the materials.

Stone and Blockwork

A range of materials and designs can be selected to complement the internal and external environments. Our experienced team have completed a wide variety of projects and strive for a professional finish.

Industrial Doors

Through our suppliers, we are able to offer a wide selection of style, size and colour options, depending on individual requirements. Our close links with these companies enables a competitive and reliable service for manufacture, on-site installation and maintenance.

Floor Finishes

A range of floor finishes is available, including heavy duty and super flat designs for specific industrial needs. Various coatings can be applied as required, to provide a high quality surface.

Internal Works

The completion of mechanical and electrical, joinery and other internal finishes such as suspended ceilings, tiling and floor coverings can all be provided and are scheduled to integrate well with other works. All our subcontractors are reputable specialists, many of whom have worked alongside our teams for many years.

External Works

Car parking, landscaping or other external features may complete the project and create the finishing touches.
